摘要
细胞培养在整个生物技术中起着非常重要的作用,在传统的细胞培养系统中,细菌类的细胞培养成活率高,但是哺乳细胞的培养过程却并不尽如人意。旋转式细胞培养系统通过反应器的不断旋转并模拟微重力环境,可以达到普通培养器皿不能达到的环境要求,因此在细胞培养方面,一直占有优势,为研究者培养新的细胞提供了新的思路。
cell culture plays a very important role in the whole biotechnology.In the traditional cell culture system,the survival rate of bacterial cell culture is high,but the culture process of mammalian cells is not satisfactory.Through the continuous rotation of the reactor and Simulation of microgravity environment,the rotating cell culture system can meet the environmental requirements that ordinary culture vessels cannot meet.Therefore,it has always been an advantage in cell culture,providing new ideas for researchers to cultivate new cells and making significant contributions.
