摘要
目的:新疆地区土壤大面积盐碱化,导致大量农作物难于存活,从盐碱土壤中筛选出可以存活的微生物,进行高盐碱驯化实验,筛选出能够耐高盐碱的菌株。方法:通过不断提高改良高氏一号培养基的盐碱度,分离得到高效耐盐碱菌,对菌株进行初步鉴定。结果:从新疆9个盐碱土壤代表区,分离纯化得到6株高效耐盐碱菌,最高耐盐值达到20%,最高耐碱值达到p H值为12.0。经过生理生化鉴定,3株属于拟诺卡氏菌属(Nocardiopsis),2株属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces),1株属于诺卡氏菌属(Nocardia)。结论:新疆盐碱土壤中存在耐盐碱的高效放线菌,为研究新疆盐碱地区的放线菌提供了一定的依据和帮助。
Objective:Soil salinization in a large area in Xinjiang resulted in a large number of crops that were difficult to survive.Viable microorganisms were selected from saline-alkali soils.High-saline-alkali acclimation experiments were conducted to screen strains with resistantce to high salinity and alkalinity.Methods:By continuously improving the salinity of Gao’s No.1 medium,high-alkali-tolerant strains were isolated and then initially identified.Results:Six strains of high-alkali-tolerant halopHilic bacteria were isolated and purified from nine saline-alkali soil representative areas in Xinjiang.The highest salt tolerance value reached 20%,and the highest alkali resistance value reached pH value of 12.0.After physiological and biochemical identification,3 bacteriawere identified as Nocardiopsis,2 bacteria belong to Streptomyces,and 1 bacteria belongs to Nocardia.Conclusion:There are salinity and alkalitolerant actinomycetes in saline soil in Xinjiang,which provides a basis and help for the study and use of actinomycetes in saline-alkali areas in Xinjiang.
