三七中人参皂苷Rg1的不同提取工艺对比 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对三七中人参皂苷Rg1的不同提取工艺进行对比,优选出收率最高的工艺。方法:分别采用酶解加超声提取法、超声提取法、乙醇回流提取法及酶解加乙醇回流提取法提取人参皂苷Rg1,采用单因素和正交实验进行研究。结果:酶解加乙醇回流法所得收率最高,最佳工艺条件是先在55℃水浴锅中用适量28.6 U/g的纤维素酶水解2h,再将酶解后的三七按料液比1:10(g/mL)加入85%乙醇提取4次,每次回流1.5 h,收率为7.601%。结论:酶解加乙醇回流法提取条件易于控制,收率高,有利于降低生产成本,更适合工业化生产。 Objective:The different extraction processes of ginsenoside Rg1 in Panax notoginseng were compared,and the process with the highest extraction rate was preferred.Methods:The ginsenoside Rg1 was extracted by enzymatic hydrolysis plus ultrasonic extraction,ultrasonic extraction,ethanol reflux extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis plus ethanol reflux extraction.The experiments were performed by uniform design experimentation,and the optimal extraction process was optimized.Results:The extraction rate obtained by enzymolysis-ethanol reflux method is the highest,the best process condition plan is to hydrolyze with 28.6 U/g of cellulase in a 55°C water bath for 2h,,Then,the enzymolyzed Panax notoginseng was extracted 4 times with 85%ethanol at a feed liquid ratio of 1:10,and refluxed for 1.5 h each time,and the extraction rate was 7.601%.Conclusion:The extraction conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis ethanol reflux method are easy to control,and the extraction rate is high,which is conducive to reducing production costs and more suitable for industrial production.
