摘要
通过改进的Turkevich方法同时将硝酸银和抗坏血酸加入到提前制备好的金种子液中,合成了一种多分枝状金纳米材料MSGNS,并采用透射电镜、紫外测试对其进行了表征,发现其在与Anti-GPC3偶联之后,可以被吸附在HepG2细胞膜上且长时间存在,为具有特殊细胞界面特性的多枝状纳米材料的制备提供了新的方法。
Through the improved Turkevich method,simultaneously adding silver nitrate and ascorbic acid to the gold seed solution prepared in advance,a multi-branched gold nanomaterial MSGNS was synthesized.It was characterized by transmission electron microscopy and ultraviolet testing.It was found that after coupling with Anti-GPC3,it could be adsorbed on HepG2 cell membrane and existed for a long time.This study provides a new method for multi-branched nanomaterials with special cell interface characteristics.
