摘要
喉癌是头颈部常见恶性肿瘤,临床配合中医治疗不仅能有效缓解患者症状,对预防癌症复发转移亦具有重要意义。本文提出,肺为华盖,居五脏最高位置,肺气通于喉,可仿银翘散轻灵为法开宣肺气;若金实不鸣,痰阻咽喉,治宜化痰散结,可选消瘰丸、小陷胸汤为基本方加减;若因放疗损伤正常组织,阴津亏虚,可选百合固金汤、沙参麦冬汤为基本方加减以滋阴润肺,兼清余热;晚期喉癌多为肿瘤细胞恶性度高、出现复发转移者,累及多脏,可选参苓白术散、香砂六君子汤为基础方加减以培土生金。
Laryngeal cancer is a kind of common-seen cervicocerebral cancer.Clinical treatment with TCM can not only effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,but also have important significance for preventing the recurrence and metastasis of cancer.This article proposed that,as lung-qi connects throat and the lungs locate the upmost like the canopy,the treatment can mimic Yinqiao Powder to disperse lung-qi.As to phlegm stagnating in the throat,the treatment is dissolving phlegm and resolving nodes,and Xiaoluo Pills and Xiaoxianxiong Decoction are chosen.As to yin deficiency syndrome after radiotherapy,the treatment is nourishing yin and moistening lung and clearing away the remnant heat,and Baihe Gujin Decoction and Shashen Maidong Decoction are chosen.As to laryngeal cancer of late stage with high malignancy of tumor cells and recurrence and metastasis and several zang-organs revolved,the treatment is reinforcing earth to generate metal,and Shenling Baizhu Powder and Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction are chosen.
