摘要
推动旅游业绿色发展是长江经济带发展战略的内在要求。通过构建旅游经济-交通网络-生态环境系统评价指标体系,运用耦合协调模型,并结合趋势面分析和障碍度模型,定量研究2006—2016年长江经济带旅游经济-交通网络-生态环境系统耦合协调发展时空特征及其影响因素。结果表明:1)2006—2016年长江经济带旅游经济-交通网络-生态环境系统耦合协调度总体呈上升趋势,增势平缓。2006—2008年,下游地区耦合协调度高于中上游地区,2009—2016年中上游地区略领先于下游地区。2)2006—2016年长江经济带旅游经济-交通网络-生态环境系统耦合协调度主要处于中高度耦合阶段,且空间演变较稳定。2006—2011年湘鄂川转变为高度耦合,安徽转变为中度耦合,赣渝黔为中度耦合,苏浙沪为高度耦合;2011—2016年皖赣黔滇均由中度耦合转为高度耦合,其他省区不变。3)内河航道里程、铁路客运量、内河航道客运量、内河航道旅客周转量、自然保护区占辖区比重、人均用水量、工业废水废水排放量和工业SO_2排放量为影响系统耦合协调度的主要因素;入境旅游人数、旅游外汇收入、旅游收入占GDP比重为制约系统耦合协调度的潜在障碍因素。
Promoting the green development of tourism is the internal requirement of the development strategy of the Yangtze Economic Belt.This paper applies the coupling coordination model,combines the trend surface analysis and obstacle degree model to quantitatively study the spatiotemporal characteristics and influencing factors of the coupling and coordinated development of tourism economy-traffic nets-ecological environment system in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2006 to 2016.The results show that:1)From 2006 to 2016,the coupling and coordination degree of tourism economy-transportation network-ecological environment system in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was an overall upward trend with a flat growth.From 2006 to 2008,the coupling and coordination degree of downstream regions was higher than that of upstream and midstream regions,and from 2009 to 2016,midstream and upstream regions were slightly ahead of downstream regions.2)From 2006 to 2016,the coupling and coordination degree of tourism economytransportation network-ecological environment system in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was mainly in the stage of medium and high coupling,and the spatial evolution was relatively stable.From 2006 to 2011,xiang,e,chuan was transformed into highly coupled,Anhui into moderately coupled,jiangxi,yuqian into moderately coupled,and Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai into highly coupled.From 2011 to 2016,Anhui,Jiangxi,Guizhou and Yunnan all changed from medium coupling to high coupling,while other provinces and regions remained unchanged.3)The length of inland waterway,passenger volume of railway,passenger volume of inland waterway,passenger turnover of inland waterway,proportion of nature reserves in jurisdiction,per capita water consumption,industrial wastewater discharge and industrial SO2 discharge are the main factors affecting the coupling coordination degree of the system.The number of inbound tourists,tourism foreign exchange income and the proportion of tourism income in GDP are the potential impediments to the coupl
