页岩油气低碳烃无水压裂液体系性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 滑溜水压裂液因为具有成本低的优势而在页岩气压裂中被广泛应用,但在水资源匮乏及运输困难的情况下,需要大量水源的页岩气滑溜水压裂液应用受到一定的制约,另外滑溜水压裂液对具有低孔低渗特点的页岩气储层污染严重。为解决传统页岩油气滑溜水压裂液可能带来污染与油基压裂液成本高的问题,首先合成烷基磷酸酯胶凝剂,同时采用混合烃(C6-C8)为基液,配合复合交联剂形成无水低碳烃压裂液体系,体系的基本配方为质量分数98%混合烃+0.70%胶凝剂+0.80%复合交联剂+0.50%破胶剂。体系性能评价表明:压裂液具有良好的抗温(60~100℃)、抗剪切(170 s-1,90 min)性能,而且破胶效果优良(小于2 mPa·s) Slippery water fracturing fluid is widely used in shale gas fracturing because of its low cost.However,under conditions of scarce water resources and difficult transportation,the application of shale gas slippery fracturing fluid water has been limited for its sizable demand for water.In addition,the slippery water fracturing fluid pollutes shale gas reservoirs with low porosity and low permeability.In this study,an alkyl phosphate ester gelling agent is first synthesized.At the same time,a mixed hydrocarbon(C6-C8)is used as the base fluid,and a composite cross-linking agent is used to form an anhydrous low-carbon hydrocarbon fracturing fluid system.The basic formula of the system is:98%mixing Hydrocarbon+0.7%gelling agent+0.80%composite crosslinking agent+0.50%gel breaker(the above percentage is mass percentage).The system performance evaluation results show that the fracturing fluid has good temperature resistance(60~100℃)and shear resistance(170s-1,90min),and excellent gel breaking effect(less than 2mPa·s).
