摘要
通过对从中国专利库中检索到的539个冷藏集装箱中国专利申请中涉及船用冷藏集装箱的142项发明专利申请和5项实用新型专利申请进行分析,设计并提出专利权人分析、专利指数(D1、D2、D3、D4)和TD1专利时域分析、FD专利频域指数分析和TD2专利时域趋势分析,推导出船用冷藏集装箱发明时域图,并对重点专利案例进行分析。分析发现,目前我国船用冷藏集装箱行业在单一创新和融合创新情况下机遇与挑战并存。结合这些分析和对未来发展趋势的预估,提出一种船用冷藏集装箱集群外部测控设计思路。
We collected all 539 available Chinese patent applications for reefer containers by searching the Chinese patent database and further analyzed 142 invention patent applications and 5 utility model patents involving marine usage. The paper first proposes and performs a series of novel analysis including patent index analysis(D1, D2, D3, D4), patent time domain analysis(TD1), patent frequency domain index analysis(FD), patent time domain trend analysis(TD2), as well as patent holders analyze. The time domain map of marine refrigerated container related inventions is derived and the key patent cases are analyzed. The analysis reveals the existing opportunities and challenges in the marine reefer container industry with respect to single and integrated innovations. Based on these analysis and estimation of future development trends, it puts forward a new design of external measurement and control for marine reefer container cluster.
