摘要
高层次人才对高职院校加快"双一流"建设起着至关重要的作用,然而目前高职院校在高层次人才建设方面存在诸多困惑及问题。文章评价了高层次人才在高职院校增强教学能力、提高科研实力及社会服务能力、提升办学能力、提供智库支持及建立标识性成果等方面所起的作用,分析了高层次人才建设中来自社会、来自高职院校及来自个人发展的阻碍因素,实证研究了高职院校在高层次人才建设方面的现状。为破解这些困境,亟需依托专业特色精准聚才、建立高层次人才用人机制、搭建教科研团队、建立激励及共享机制等。
High-level talents play an important role in accelerating the construction of"double firstclass"in higher vocational colleges.However,there are many puzzles and problems in the construction of high-level talents in higher vocational colleges.This paper evaluates the role of high-level talents in enhancing teaching ability,scientific research strength and social service ability,enhancing schoolrunning ability,providing think tank support and establishing landmark achievements.It analyzes the obstacles from society,higher vocational colleges and personal development in the construction of highlevel talents.This paper also empirically studies the current situation of the construction of high-level talents in higher vocational colleges.In order to solve these difficulties,institutions need to accurately gather talents based on professional characteristics,establish a high-level talent employment mechanism,establish teaching and research teams,and establish an incentive and sharing mechanism.
