摘要
风电机组叶片的大型化不仅增加了叶片的生产难度,同时也给叶片的运输带来了不便。叶片分段技术,即将叶片分段生产和运输,达到风场后进行组装的技术,能有效解决大型叶片生产和运输困难的问题。文章阐述了叶片分段技术的发展现状,对分段式叶片的连接方式进行了对比分析,展望了叶片分段技术的发展趋势。
The large scale of fan blades not only increases the production difficulty of blades, but also brings inconvenienceto the transportation of blades. The blade segment technology, that is, the blade segment production and transportation,after reaching the wind farm for assembly, can effectively solve the problem of large-scale blade production andtransportation. This paper describes the development status of blade segment technology, compares and analyzes theconnection mode of segmented blade, and looks forward to the development trend of blade segment technology.
