摘要
新时代新形势下,国家对进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作越来越重视。由于高职院校的一些特殊性,目前高职辅导员思想政治教育职能有弱化的倾向。高职院校应从加强思政理论学习、营造工作氛围、合理选聘辅导员、健全工作机制等方面强化高职辅导员思想政治教育职能,提升高职生思想政治教育工作成效,为培养中国特色社会主义建设的合格人才保驾护航。
In the new era,the state has paid more and more attention to further strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students.Due to the special nature of higher vocational colleges,the ideological and political education functions of counselor tends to be weakened.This article explores the path of strengthening the ideological and political education function of higher vocational counselors from the aspects of strengthening the ideological and political theory to learn,creating a working atmosphere,reasonably selecting counselors,and improving working mechanisms,in order to improve the effectiveness of students'ideological and political education,and ensure the qualified personnel for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics to cultivate.
