摘要
针对某发动机耐久试验过程中出现的风扇连接盘断裂故障,基于多工况载荷边界,利用Abaqus软件对风扇连接盘系统进行了应力仿真,并将应力结果导入Femfat软件进行疲劳分析。结果显示,风扇连接盘最小疲劳安全系数为0. 92,不满足设计要求。根据疲劳分析结果对连接盘结构进行了优化改进,提高连接盘的疲劳安全系数,使之达到1. 46,满足了产品设计要求并通过了耐久考核试验。该结构可靠性分析方法对风扇连接盘设计具有重要指导作用。
The fan flange of an engine broke in the durability test. To address this issue, the stress of the fan flange system was analyzed using the Abaqus software based on multiple loading conditions, and a fatigue analysis was carried out using the Femfat software with the result of the stress as import. The analyses showed that the minimum fatigue safety factor of the fan flange was 0.92, and it cannot meet the design requirement. The minimum fatigue safety factor was raised to 1.46 by optimizing the fan flange design based on the result of the fatigue analysis, meeting the design requirement. The improved fan flange passed the durability test. This indicates that this structural reliability analysis method can effectively guide the design of a fan flange.
