摘要
文章基于山东经贸职业学院连锁经营管理专业实践教学探索,提出将校企联动融入实践教学全过程,构建实践教学体系,通过全过程认知、全场景训练、全方位实习,把理论学习、基本训练与在企实际工作有机结合,实现学校人才供给与企业人才需求无缝对接,并对实践单位遴选、实践活动开展、实践质量监控等方面给出了建议。
This paper proposes to integrate school-enterprise linkage into the whole process of practical teaching and constructs the practical teaching system,based on the practical teaching exploration of chain operation management major in Shandong Vocational College of Economics and Business.Through the whole process cognition,the whole scene training,the omni-directional practice,the theory study,the basic training and the actual work in the enterprise organically unifies,it realizes the school talented person supply and the enterprise talented person demand seamless docking.And it gives some suggestions on the selection of practice units,the development of practical activities and the supervision of practical quality,etc.
