摘要
大古33-斜1井由于距离临井过近,导致施工受临井限制严重,且施工难度增加,在施工过程中通过对井眼轨迹的高精度的实时监测,时刻进行与临井大古33井之间进行空间上的扫描测算,加强直井段井身轨迹控制,合理选择钻具进行搭配组合、通过操作人员进行钻进过程中对井眼轨迹精确地控制,达到预期效果。因此,通过科学手段对存在碰撞可能的井段进行预测和扫描,加上优良的操作技术去操控井眼轨迹防止产生碰撞,很有实际意义。
Dagu 33-Xie1 well is too close to the adjacent well,resulting in severe restrictions on the construction,so the construction difficulty increases.During the construction process,through the high-precision real-time monitoring of the wellbore trajectory,scanning and calculating the spatial location between Dagu 33-Xie1 well and the adjacent well at all times,wellbore trajectory control in vertical well sections was strengthened.Through reasonable selection of drilling tools for matching and combination,accurate control of the wellbore trajectory was achieved by the operator during the drilling process.Therefore,it is of practical significance to use scientific methods to predict and scan well sections where collisions are possible,and to use excellent operating techniques to control well trajectories to prevent collisions.
