摘要
义古斜951井主探含油层位为上古生界和沙二段,井身结构为五段制井。在实际定向过程中,由于靶径小,方位坐标容易偏离、井斜角难以控制,导致频繁起下钻和调整钻具结构。起下钻时钻具在造斜点部位上提下放,会逐渐在井壁上磨出一道键槽,造成电测仪器遇阻,导致施工难度加大,延长施工周期,增加成本。本次施工针对该地区的地层特点,使用欠尺寸修壁器,在一定程度上消除了键槽,使得电测仪器顺利到底,加快了施工进度,降低了成本。
The main oil-bearing horizons of Yigu 951 inclined well are the Upper Paleozoic and Sha 2 member,and the well structure is five section borehole.In the actual orientation process,because the target diameter was small,the azimuth coordinates were easy to deviate,and the well inclination angle was difficult to control,which led to frequent trips and adjustments of the drilling tool structure.When the drilling tool was lifted and lowered at the oblique point,keyways were gradually formed on the well wall,which caused the electrical measuring instrument to be blocked,increasing the difficulty of construction,prolonging the construction cycle and increasing costs.According to the characteristics of the stratum in this area,the undersize wall repairer was used to eliminate the the keyways to a certain extent,which made the electric measuring instrument smooth to the end,speeding up the construction progress and reducing the cost.
