摘要
造纸厂纸浆浓度的控制在整个工艺生产过程中有着非常重要的作用,对磨浆效果、抄造稳定性及最终产品质量都有很大的影响。除了工艺浆料平衡的设计优化外,应重视纸浆浓度自动控制回路的设计。根据不同工艺控制点的特点,分析并选择合适的浓度计,阐述浓度计安装现场需求,结合稀释水调节阀及控制系统构建纸浆浓度控制回路,为控制回路软件算法加成提供基础,最终达到优化设计的目的。
The control of pulp consistence in paper mill plays an important role in the whole process,which has a great influence on the grinding effect,the stability of making and the quality of the final product.In addition to the design optimization of process pulp balance,attention should be paid to the design of pulp consistence automatic control loop.In this paper,according to the characteristics of different process control points,the appropriate consistence meter was analyzed and selected,the installation site requirements of the consistence meter were described,and the pulp consistence control loop was constructed combining the dilution water control valve and control system,to provide the basis for the optimization of the control loop software algorithm,and the purpose of optimal design was finally achieved.
