摘要
目的探讨间歇经口至食管管饲法(IOE)对帕金森病吞咽障碍患者的营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法选取河南省人民医院帕金森病吞咽障碍患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。2组患者均在给予常规抗帕金森药物和吞咽功能训练治疗的基础上,对照组采用持续经鼻胃管管饲治疗,观察组采用IOE法治疗,2组疗程均为4周,比较2组患者营养指标、SWAL-QOL评分及进食并发症的变化。结果治疗后2组患者营养指标、SWAL-QOL量表评分均较治疗前改善,并且观察组指标显著优于对照组水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组进食并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IOE法可有效改善帕金森病吞咽障碍患者的营养状况和生活质量,明显减少患者进食并发症的发生,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of intermittent oro-esophageal tube feeding(IOE)on the nutritional status and quality of life in patients with Parkinson's diseasedysphagia.Methods 70 patients with dysphagia of Parkinson's disease in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table,35 cases in eachgroup.On the basis of routine anti-Parkinson drugs and swallowing function training,the control group was treated with continuous intranasogastric tube feeding,the observation group was treated with IOE,and the course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.The changes of nutritional indexes,SWAL-QOL score and feeding complications were compared in the two groups.Results After the intervention treatment,nutritional indexes and SWAL-QOL score of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of feeding complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control groupthe differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion IOE can effectively improve the nutritional status and quality of life in patients withParkinson's disease dysphagia,and significantly reduce the incidence of feeding complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
