摘要
目的:评价基于人文关怀的外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管术在危重症新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法:选择本院2017年1月~2018年12月收治在新生儿科重症监护室接受相应治疗的危重新生儿70例为观察组,采用基于人文关怀的人性化的PICC流程护理,采用回顾性研究进行立意取样选取之前同等条件的70例患儿为对照组,采用传统的PICC置管护理,比较两组患儿置管成功率、并发症发生率及患儿每天平均哭闹时间情况。结果:观察组患儿置管成功率、并发症发生率及每天平均哭闹时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于人文关怀理念的PICC流程护理可以有效提高置管成功率,减少并发症发生率和患儿每天平均哭闹时间,减少患儿痛苦的同时提高护理工作效率,可在临床进一步推广使用。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of PICC based on humanistic care in neonatal intensive care unit.Method:From January 2017~December 2018,70 critically ill new borns treated in the neonatal intensive care unit w ere selected as observation group w hich providing the humanistic care PICC plan.A retrospective study w as conducted to select 70 new borns w ith the same conditions as the control group w hich providing traditional PICC catheterization.The success rate of catheter,complication rate and average daily crying time w ere compared.Result:The successful rate of catheter of observation group w as higher than the control group(P<0.05),the rate of complications and the time of crying dailly of observation group w ere both low er than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the PICC w hich based on humanistic care can improve successful rate of catheter and reduce the rate of complications and the time of crying dailly,it can also reduce the pain of new borns and promote the nursing w ork more efficiency.
