摘要
目的:评价两种不同的数字化取模流程,对氧化锆单冠修复体临床效果的影响。方法:选择2018年2月~2019年4月于我院行氧化锆单冠修复治疗的129例患者,共计129颗修复体,随机分为A、B两组。其中A组61例,修复流程使用口内扫描仪直接于口内扫描获得数字化模型;B组68例,先使用硅橡胶、藻酸盐分别制取工作模和对颌模型,灌注石膏模型后再使用口内扫描仪获取数字化模型。两组患者均采用相同材质及加工流程完成修复体制作,对比分析修复体边缘适合性、邻接区和咬合效果。结果:两组修复体均有较优秀的边缘适合性,两组间对比无差异。在邻接区两组修复体临床效果对比无统计学差异;咬合效果上B组较A组不合格率更高,但未发现统计学差异。结论:使用口内扫描仪直接口内扫描或间接扫描石膏模型的方法均可以用于氧化锆单冠的修复。
Objective:To evaluate the outcome of two different digital modeling procedures in making zirconia single crown.Methods:A total of 129 patients from February 2018 to April 2019 whom were prepared to receive zirconia single crown restorations were selected.Patients were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,61 cases were in group A and 68 cases were in group B.In group A,an intraoral scanner was used to scan in the mouth directly to obtain a digital model.In group B,the silicone impression and plaster model was made firstly,and then the digital model was obtained by the intraoral scanner.Subsequently,the digital models were used to design and make the final restorations of zirconia single crown using the same material and procedure.The outcome of the restorations including marginal,adjacent area and occlusion fitness were recorded.Results:Restorations in both groups had good marginal,adjacent area and occlusion fitness,and no statistical difference was found between the two groups.Conclusion:Both digital modeling procedures of making zirconia single crown could get good clinical results.
