摘要
随着“互联网+”的快速发展,2019年的政府工作报告中首次提出“智能+”新战略。介绍了“智能+”时代智能技术的特点及发展现状;从数据闭环自动流动优化资源配置效率和生产效率、数字化能力向供给端迁移推进供应链智能化、“数据+算力+算法”驱动工业大脑进行工具革命和决策革命、智能制造新体系重构4个方面详细阐述并分析了“智能+”在赋能中国制造转型与升级中的应用。智能技术和数据作为“核聚变”的第一驱动力,为中国制造2025、中国经济高质量发展提供新动力。
With the rapid development of“Internet+”,the new strategy of“Intelligence+”was first put forward in the government work report in 2019.The characteristics and development status of intelligent technology in the era of“Intelligence+”were introduced.The application of“Intelligence+”in the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing was elaborated and analyzed in detail from 4 aspects,such as data closed-loop automatic flow optimization of resource allocation efficiency and production efficiency based on data closed-loop automatic flow,digital capabilities migrating to the supply side to drive supply chain intelligence,“data+computing power+algorithm”driving the industrial brain to carry out tool revolution and decision revolution,and reconstruction of new intelligent manufacturing system.As the first driving force of“nuclear fusion”,intelligent technology and the data provide new impetus for Made in China 2025 strategy and the high-quality development of China’s economy.
