摘要
通过对国内典型露天煤矿破碎站粉尘处理方法进行统计和分析,结合巴基斯坦塔尔煤田一区块露天煤矿生产系统破碎站的实际情况提出一级破碎站综合除尘系统构想;通过对除尘系统多个环节、多种方案比较,最终确定一级破碎站综合除尘系统方案;实现“破碎环节”的绿色开采,对减少塔尔矿区生态环境污染具有重要意义,同时也为露天煤矿一级破碎站除尘系统综合技术创新提供新的参考。
According to the statistics and analysis of dust treatment method of crushing station in domestic typical open-pit coal mine and combining with the actual situation of Thar Coalfield Block I production system,the article presents the crushing station integrated dust removal system.Through comparing many schemes of dust removal system,we determine the crushing station integrated dust removal system solutions.It is of great significance to realize the green mining of"crushing link"and reduce the pollution of ecological environment in mining area,which also provides a new reference for the comprehensive technical innovation of dust removal in open-pit coal mine.
