摘要
高技术产业集聚在提升区域创新效率的进程中扮演着重要角色,现阶段对于高技术产业集聚与区域创新之间关系研究方面大多忽视空间、时间因素。基于2005—2016年中国省际空间面板数据,采用空间误差和空间杜宾模型,实证分析了高技术产业集聚对区域创新效率的影响。研究发现:我国高技术产业空间集聚明显,地区间差异较大,高技术产业集聚与区域创新效率间存在明显的空间相关性,高技术产业集聚能有效促进区域创新效率的提升。人力资本、对外开放能有效提高区域创新效率。
High-tech industry agglomeration plays an important role in the process of improving regional innovation efficiency.At present,most of the research on the relationship between high-tech industry agglomeration and regional innovation ignores space and time factors.Based on the 2005—2016 Chinese inter-provincial spatial panel data,the spatial error and spatial Dubin model are used to empirically analyze the impact of high-tech industrial agglomeration on regional innovation efficiency.The study finds that China's high-tech industry has a clear spatial agglomeration and large regional differences.There is a significant spatial correlation between high-tech industrial agglomeration and regional innovation efficiency.High-tech industrial agglomeration can effectively promote regional innovation efficiency.Human capital and opening up can effectively improve regional innovation efficiency.
