摘要
炎症性肠病(IBD)是一组病因不明且反复发作的肠道慢性炎症性疾病,既往已有的证据表明宿主不恰当的免疫反应与IBD的发生密切相关。越来越多的研究表明髓样细胞触发受体(TREM)-1可以调节多种信号通路,参与IBD的发生和发展,本文综述TREM-1在IBD中的研究进展,进一步阐明IBD的发生机制。
Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a group of recurrent chronic intestinal inflammatory diseases.The precise etiology of IBD remains unclear,but the inappropriate immune response is considered the leading cause of IBD.More and more studies indicated that triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells(TREM)-1 have regulated multiple signaling pathways.This review will focus specifically on recent insights into the role of TREM-1 proteins in IBD development,and discuss opportunities for novel treatment approaches.
