摘要 针对已有粮食专用直剪仪无法进行粮食动荷载试验的缺陷,对该直剪仪的动力加载和测试系统进行改进,以便能够满足静动荷载作用下的粮食直剪试验要求。利用改进后的粮食动荷载直剪仪进行静荷载和动荷载下的小麦直剪试验,静荷载条件下求得的内摩擦角为27.45°,咬合应力为11.05kPa,剪胀角的范围为3.58°~7.13°,将静荷载试验结果与已有成果对比分析,并对动荷载试验结果中的水平剪应力、剪切位移、竖向位移等关系等进行分析,试验结果表明,静动荷载试验结果满足精度要求。 In order to investigate direct shear apparatus for grain a new direct shear apparatus was modified.The dynamic loading and measurement system were improved to satisfy the need of both monotonic and dynamic direct shear tests.Some direct shear tests of wheat were conducted under the monotonic and dynamic conditions.The internal friction angle was 27.45°,while the interlock stress was 11.05kPa,and dilatancy angle ranged from 3.58°to 7.13°.The monotonic shear test results are corresponding to those from the literature and codes,which shows the reliability of the improved direct shear apparatus.The shear stress,shear displacement and vertical displacement of wheat during dynamic loading stage were analyzed,which showed a required precision results for grain direct shear tests.
