摘要
以稀盐酸为溶剂,用超声波辅助浸提法,从紫甘蓝中提取紫甘蓝色素。结果表明,紫甘蓝色素在稀盐酸浓度为0.3 mol/L,浸提温度为40℃,料液比为1∶10(g∶mL),浸提时间为8 min时,紫甘蓝色素的提取效果最好,为紫甘蓝色素提取找到了更高效的方法。
The method of ultrasonic assisted extraction process is used to extract pur-ple cabbage pigment from purple cabbage,and dilute hydrochloric acid is used as actionsolvent. The technological condition of extracting purple cabbage pigment was obtained. The results showed that the optimum technological condition was as follows: the concentration of dilute hydrochloric acid was 0.3 mol/L, the temperature was 40℃,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶10(g∶mL), the extraction time was 8 min. It provides a more efficient method for the extraction of purplem cabbage pigment.
