摘要
针对云南某低品位银铅锌矿选矿回收率较低的现状,以现场生产原矿作为试验给矿,在原矿工艺矿物学的基础上开展了试验研究。通过优化磨矿细度,控制石灰用量,采用乙硫氮、丁基铵黑药、25#黑药组合捕收剂代替单一捕收剂,硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠代替单一抑制剂,在原矿含铅0.79%,含锌1.51%,含银95.04g/t时,获得了含铅48.65%,铅回收率89.87%,含银4 012g/t,银回收率为61.60%的银铅精矿,含锌46.21%,锌回收率90.43%,含银891g/t,银回收率为27.70%的银锌精矿,铅、锌、银精矿品位和回收率较生产指标提高明显。试验成果取得了良好的工业应用。
In view of the low recovery rate of a low-grade complex silver-lead-zinc ore in Yunnan province,an experimental study was carried out on the basis of the mineralogy of the raw ore process.By optimizing the grinding fineness,controlling the dosage of lime,using ethyl sulfur,nitrogen,butylamine aerofloat,25~# black medicine combination collector instead of a single collector,zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite instead of single inhibitor,when the raw ore contains 0.79% lead,1.51% zinc and 95.04 g/t silver,the silver-lead concentrate containing 48.65% lead,89.87% lead recovery,4 012 g/t of silver and 61.60% silver recovery and the silver-zinc concentrate containing 46.21% zinc,90.43% zinc recovery,891 g/t silver and 27.70% silver recovery were obtained.The grade and recovery of lead,zinc and silver concentrate were improved obviously.The experimental results have been well used in industry.
