隧洞混凝土衬砌入仓分料装置的研发

摘要 采用全圆针梁台车进行隧洞混凝土衬砌施工,传统的混凝土入仓方法需布置多处下料窗口并配备多名浇筑人员手动拆移泵管,施工耗时、费力。结合针梁台车的结构特点,研发了一种混凝土分料装置并在混凝土浇筑过程中应用,该设备各项性能稳定,提高了浇筑效率,保障了施工质量。阐述了具体的研发过程。 In the construction of tunnel concrete lining,the traditional concrete casting method needs to layout multiple blanking windows and assign several casting personnel to manually remove the pump pipe,which is time-consuming and laborious.Combined with the structural characteristics of the needle beam trolley,a concrete distributing device is developed and applied in the concrete casting process.The performance of the device is stable and the casting efficiency is improved,and the construction quality is guaranteed.The specific research and development process is described.
