摘要
根据洋溪水利枢纽不同洪水组合的临时淹没成果,提出了临时滞洪风险分区及淹没影响指标,论述了临时淹没影响分析的必要性及难点,探讨了库区临时滞洪动用几率及临时淹没对从江县城的影响。
For Yangxi Hydropower Project,temporary flood detention risk zoning and inundation impact indexes are put forward according to the temporary inundation data under different flood composition.The authors discuss the necessity and difficulties of temporary inundation impact analysis,and explore the probability of temporary flood detention in reservoir area and the impact of temporary inundation on Congjiang County seat.
