摘要
本文详细介绍了上海市土地整治生态工程规划设计标准的主要内容和特色,并对标准编制的技术逻辑做了分析,探索总结了基于生态文明战略的土地整治生态工程的相关概念内涵、工程措施体系,分析了标准如何统筹布局生态工程各要素、如何提升传统土地整治工程的生态化、如何协调农地生态功能和生产功能等关键问题。
This paper introduces the main contents and characteristics of the specification for planning and design of ecological land consolidation and rehabilitation in shanghai,and analyze the technical logic for compiling this specification.It also explores the relevant concept and engineering system of ecological land consolidation based on the ecological civilization strategy,and discusses several key questions including how to coordinate the layout of critical elements of ecological engineering,how to improve the traditional land consolidation projects to be more eco-friendly and how to coordinate the ecological functions and crop production functions of agricultural regions.
