AuCu双金属纳米颗粒的制备、表征及性能探究 被引量:3

摘要 采用水热法制备AuCu双金属纳米颗粒,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)进行表征,初步研究了其对4-硝基苯酚(4-NP)还原的催化性能和光热效应。结果表明,制备时不同的AuCl^4-/Cu^2+摩尔比(rAu)可以调控AuCu双金属纳米颗粒的组分和形貌,XRD和吸收光谱特征随rAu的增加表现出更明显的金的特征,rAu>0.5时得到的颗粒具有典型的核-壳结构;核-壳结构的AuCu双金属纳米颗粒对4-NP还原表现出更好的催化活性,受光热效应影响,532 nm激光照射能够加强催化活性;在激光辐射作用下,不同AuCu双金属纳米颗粒具有相似的光热效应。 AuCu bimetallic nanoparticles were prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis).The photothermal effect and catalytic activity for 4-nitrophenol(4-NP)reduction were studied.The results show that the composition and morphology of AuCu bimetallic nanoparticles can be tuned by changing AuCl^4-/Cu^2+molar ratios(rAu)during preparation.The XRD and UV-Vis spectra show the evident characteristics of gold component were observed with the increase of rAu.When the rAu is>0.5,the particles have a typical core-shell structure.The core-shell AuCu bimetallic nanoparticles exhibit better catalytic activity for the reduction of 4-NP,and their catalytic activity can be enhanced by 532 nm laser irradiation because of the photothermal effect.In addition,different AuCu bimetallic nanoparticles have similar photothermal effects.
