摘要
针对传统小波阈值去噪方法的不足,在硬、软阈值函数的基础上提出一种模乘方阈值函数。该阈值函数表达式简单且易于计算,克服了硬阈值函数不连续和软阈值函数固定偏差的缺点。然后结合分层阈值选取方法,提出一种改进的小波阈值去噪方法。仿真试验表明,改进阈值去噪方法去噪后,信号的信噪比更高,均方根误差更小,去噪效果明显优于硬、软阈值去噪方法和软硬阈值折衷去噪方法。最后通过伺服机构响应信号去噪实验,进一步验证了改进方法的有效性。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional wavelet threshold de-noising method,a modular power threshold function is proposed based on hard and soft threshold functions. The threshold function is simple and easy to calculate,which can avoid the shortcomings of discontinuity of hard threshold function and fixed deviation of soft threshold function. Then an improved wavelet threshold de-noising method is proposed based on the modular power threshold function and layered threshold selection method. The simulation results show that the improved wavelet threshold de-noising method has higher signalto-noise ratio and smaller root mean square error,which is obviously better than the traditional hard and soft threshold de-noising method. Finally,the validity of the improved method is verified by the response signal de-noising experiment for servo mechanism.
