摘要
突发的新冠肺炎疫情给旅游观光产业带了巨大冲击,暴露出行业自身的不足,但同时也给休闲农业新业态发展带来了机遇。该文分析了中国休闲农业发展的现状,从认识、规划和经营三个层面剖析了存在的主要问题,为更好践行"两山"理论、化危为机夺取防疫和经济发展双胜利,提出了尽早布局疫后休闲农业发展、做好统筹规划、创新管理体制和提高民众参与等对策。
The sudden new coronary pneumonia epidemic has brought a huge impact on the tourism industry, exposed the industry’s shortcomings, but also brought opportunities for the development of new leisure agriculture formats. This article analyzes the current status of the development and the main problems from levels of understanding, planning and management of leisure agriculture in China, then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of good overall planning, innovative management system and increased public participation, in order to better implement the "two mountains" theory, turn crises into opportunities, and win both epidemic prevention and economic development.
