左室功能低下冠心病患者行冠状动脉旁路移植术的术前评估 被引量:4

Preoperative evaluation for patients with left ventricular dysfunction undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting

摘要 心肌缺血导致的左室功能低下是影响冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)预后的独立危险因素。术前全面深入仔细的评估,对手术方式的选择及围手术期的治疗方案都有重要意义。另外左室功能低下患者常合并多种合并症,如左室室壁瘤、缺血性二尖瓣反流等,如何采用最佳的方式处理相关合并症,也是需要关注的重点。
