摘要
探讨了利用喷气织机生产棉/锦表里换层弹力织物的生产要点。在常规表里换层格型纹样的基础上进行改进,设计出正反双面均具有类似配色模纹的小花纹纹样,且正反面花纹呈阴阳关系。具体介绍了织物组织及规格设计,以及倒筒、整经、浆纱、穿经、织造工艺要点。具体为:开口时间应早,增大始飞行角及纬纱到达角;采用低后梁工艺,减少织造疵点;加大长短纬检测距离。通过采用织造工艺的一系列技术优化措施,织机效率由45%提高到88%,保证了织造的顺利进行。
The key points of production of cotton/polyamide blended double-sided elastic fabric by air-jet loom are discussed.A new small pattern is designed on the basis of a suitable change on the basis of changing the layer pattern of the conventional surface.And the front and back patterns are yin-yang.The structure and specification design of the fabric are introduced,as well as the main points of the rewinding,warping,sizing,warping and weaving processes.The specific measures are as follows:earlier the opening time,increasing the starting flight angle and the weft yarn arrival angle,using the low back beam process,reducing the weaving defects,and increasing the detection distance of the long and short weft.Through a series of technical optimization measures of the weaving technology,the loom efficiency can be increased from 45%to 88%,so as to ensure the smooth weaving.
