摘要
天丝/亚麻纤维紧密赛络纱具有良好的物理性能和优良的服用性能。介绍了天丝/亚麻70/3029.4tex紧密赛络纱的纺纱过程与工艺参数。针对原料选配、开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序,介绍了纺纱工艺参数的选择和采取的措施,并对纺纱过程中的难点进行了分析。试验结果显示,所纺纱线各项指标均符合相关质量要求。
Tencel/linen blended yarn has good physical properties and excellent wearability.The process and technology of 29.4 tex Tencel/linen 70/30 compact-siro spinning are discussed in detail.The selection of spinning parameters and some measures are introduced in detail from the processes of raw material opening,carding,drawing,roving,spinning and winding,and some difficulties in the spinning process are also analyzed.The results show that all indexes of the spun yarn can meet the relevant quality requirements.
