MOTOmed智能运动训练在脊髓损伤平衡功能障碍患者中的应用观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨脊髓损伤致平衡功能障碍患者应用MOTOmed智能运动训练的效果。方法:收集40例脊髓损伤致平衡功能障碍患者,按照不同康复治疗方案分为对照组及观察组,每组20例,对照组应用常规康复治疗,观察组应用常规康复治疗+MOTOmed智能运动训练,比较2组患者平衡功能(BBS评分)、日常生活能力(QIF)以及肌张力改善效果。结果:治疗前,2组BBS、QIF评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组BBS评分(17.11±2.08)分高于对照组的(13.26±2.57)分,QIF评分(45.22±3.13)分高于对照组的(33.46±2.70)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肌张力改善总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(65.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脊髓损伤所致平衡功能障碍患者应用MOTOmed智能运动训练,可提高患者平衡功能、日常生活能力,改善患者肌张力。 Objective:To analyze the effect of MOTOmed intelligent motor training on spinal cord injury patients with balance dysfunction.Methods:40 patients with balance dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different rehabilitation treatment programs.20 cases were in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy.The observation group was trained with routine rehabilitation therapy of+MOTOmed.The effects of balance function,activities of daily living and muscle tension were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the BBS and QIF scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the BBS score(17.11±2.08)and QIF score(45.22±3.13)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Statistical significance(P<0.05);The total effective rate of improving muscle tone in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(65.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of MOTOmed intelligent exercise training to patients with balance dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury can obviously improve the balance function and daily living ability of the patients,and improve the muscle tension of the patients.It is worthy of clinical practice.
