摘要
转移是头颈癌复发与高度致死的重要原因。人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染是头颈癌发生的重要风险因素。与HPV阴性(-)头颈癌相比,HPV阳性(+)头颈癌更容易转移,目前其转移机制还未完全阐明。研究HPV相关头颈癌转移机制可为头颈癌治疗提供新思路,进一步改善患者预后。因此本文就HPV引起头颈癌转移的机制作一综述。
Metastasis is responsible for recurrence and high lethality of head and neck cancer.Human papillomavirus(HPV)infection is the major risk factor for head and neck cancer.In comparison with HPV-head and neck cancer,HPV+head and neck cancer is easier to metastasize,and its mechanism has not yet been fully elucidated.Studying metastasis mechanism of HPV associated head and neck cancer can provide new ideas for the development of treatment,and further improve the prognosis of patients.Therefore,this article reviews the mechanism of HPV-related head and neck cancer metastasis.
