摘要
通过对粗晶及细晶控制的两类GH4169合金高压涡轮外机匣的组织、力学性能、残余应力、加工变形等对比研究,探讨了晶粒度对零件力学性能、残余应力分布及加工变形的影响。结果表明,适当的粗晶控制,GH4169合金可获得足够的强度及塑性,力学性能不会明显衰减;粗晶有利于降低机匣锻件残余应力,促进残余应力的均匀分布,改善零件的加工变形。
The microstructure,mechanical properties,residual stress and machining deformation of GH4169 alloy high-pressure turbine outer casing controlled by coarse and fine grains were comparative investigated,the effects of grain size on mechanical properties,residual stress distribution and machining deformation were discussed.The results show that with proper coarse grain control,the strength and plasticity of GH4169 alloy can be obtained,and the mechanical properties will not decrease obviously.The coarse grain is beneficial to reduce the residual stress of the forging parts,promote the uniform distribution of residual stress,and improve the machining deformation of parts.
