基于夜间灯光影像的珞珈一号指数分析 被引量:9

摘要 珞珈一号01星(Luojia1-01)夜间灯光影像与区域生产总值紧密相关,能够很好地反映城市的经济发展水平。本文针对中国区域的经济发展提出"珞珈一号指数"概念。珞珈一号指数综合珞珈一号01星夜光遥感全国一张图、欧洲委员会GHS(global human settlement)发布的建成区产品和全球30 m分辨率的地表覆盖产品来计算全国各城市的经济评价指数。根据算法模型计算得到全国34个省份和地区的省会城市(其中包括直辖市和港澳台地区)、东部地区以及中部地区各城市的珞珈一号指数排名,综合2018年各城市对应GDP排名进行对比。实验表明中国区域各城市的珞珈一号指数和GDP排名相近程度较高,珞珈一号指数可以更加客观地反映出经济发展水平,因此,可广泛应用于国民经济评价和政府决策中,以提供真实可靠的数据来源。 Luojia1-01satellite nighttime light imagery closely related to regional gross domestic product,which can well reflect the economic development level in the city.So the concept of the Luojia1-01Index was put forward in view of China's regional economic development in this paper.The Luojia1-01Index is calculated by extracting the information of the national map of Luojia1-01satellite nighttime light imagery,the grid product of GHS built-up area and Globe-Land30product.According to the algorithm model,the Luojia1-01Index ranking of the capital cities of 34provinces and regions(including municipalities and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan regions),the eastern region and the central region of China is obtained.The corresponding GDP ranking of each city in 2018was comprehensively compared.The experiment shows that the Luojia1-01Index and GDP ranking of Chinese cities are relatively similar.The Luojia1-01Index can objectively reflect the level of social and economic development,and is widely used in the national economy.
