摘要 为实现对切顶卸压自动成巷效果评价,对成巷围岩动态特征及变形情况进行实时监测,通过现有的监测设备和计算机技术结合,设计了适应切顶成巷的PU监测系统,并在西部某矿6-2上312工作面留巷段进行了工业性试验。研究结果表明:该监测系统能够准确反映切顶留巷工作面及巷道围岩的变化规律,了解围岩的破断情况及推断支护结构的稳定性,同时能够对围岩支护体的参数优化提供数据支持。实践应用表明,该系统能满足现场的实时监测需要,为煤矿的安全生产提供有力保障。 To evaluate the effect of automatic entry forming with roof cutting and pressure re leasing,it is necessary to monitor the dynamic characteristics and deformation of surrounding rock in real time.This study combined the existing monitoring equipment with computer technol-ogy,designed a PU monitoring system for cutting roof and retaining roadway,and carried out in-dustrial tests on the retaining roadway section of 312 working face in a mine in western China.The results show that the monitori ng system can accurately grasp the v ariation laws of the cutting face and roadway surrounding rock,and understand the breaking conditions of the surrounding rock and infer the sta bility of the supporting structure.At the same time,it can provide par ame-ters optimiza tion for the surrounding rock support body.In addition,the application shows that the system can meet the real time moni toring requirements on site and provide a strong guarantee for the safe production in coal mines.
