地区电网复杂电磁环网解环分区及网架结构优化分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对呼和浩特电网存在多个电磁环网相互嵌套,多条LGJ-400型老旧线路运行,造成电网潮流无法灵活输送或互济,控制方案复杂等问题,从简化运行控制方案角度出发,提出3种电网分区方案,并从降低短路电流、释放地区供电能力及保证地区供电可靠性角度分析地区电网安全稳定性,进而提出电网网架加强方案或进一步解环方案。基于3种方案出现的热稳定、区域电压稳定、机组送出功角稳定等问题,找出相互耦合的电网薄弱环节,优化呼和浩特电网运行方式,并从经济性、网架结构坚强性及风电送出能力等方面对3种方案进行对比分析,最终确定最优方案。 Many electromagnetic ring networks are nested with each other and many old LGJ-400 lines are running in Hohhot power grid,which leads to the issues that the power flow is complex,the arrangement of operation mode is difficult,and the control scheme formulation is extremely complex.Three feasible schemes of power grid zoning are put forward,which come from the point of view of simplified operation control scheme.The security and stability of regional power grid is analyzed from the point of view of reducing short-circuit current,releasing regional power supply capacity and ensuring regional power supply reliability.The scheme of strengthening grid and further ring breaking of the power grid are put forward.Finally,thermal stability,power angle stability and regional voltage stability of the three schemes are analyzed.The weak links of the interconnected power grid are found and the operation mode of the power grid in Hohhot is optimized.The three schemes are analyzed and compared to recommend the most appropriate optimization scheme based on the economy,grid structure strength and transmission capacity of the wind power transmission.
