摘要 为分析"e"型弹条的断裂规律、断裂主要原因、断裂位置,为今后"e"型弹条的养护及维修提供指导。以A型车120 km/h快速线路为对象,通过现场实测的方法,对测得的数据进行分类统计,对比分析弹条安装状态、固有特性与动力响应,得到弹条断裂规律与原因:(1)弹条断裂位置集中在后拱小圆弧及前拱大圆弧两处,弹条断裂多发生于速度80 km/h以上曲线地段,且多位于曲线下股;(2)过安装是引起弹条断裂的原因之一;(3)引起弹条断裂的主要原因为短波波磨,短波波磨激发高幅值高频激振力,进而诱发弹条共振,降低弹条疲劳寿命,最终导致弹条发生疲劳或脆性破坏。 In order to analyze the fracture law of the "e" type elastic strip, main cause of fracture, location of fracture, and provide guidance for the maintenance of the "e" type elastic strip, type A car and 120 km/h fast line are targeted, field test method is adopted, measured data are statistically classified, and the installation state, inherent characteristics and dynamic response of the elastic strip are compared. The law and reason of the elastic strip breaking are concluded:(1)The break position of the elastic strip is concentrated at the small arc of the rear arch and the large arc of the front arch. The elastic trip breaking mostly occurs in the curved sections above 80 km/h, and is mostly located in the lower part of the curve;(2)Over-limit installation is one of the causes of the breaking of the elastic strip;(3)The main cause of the breaking of the elastic strip is short wavelength corrugation, which stimulates the high amplitude high frequency excitation force, and then reduces the fatigue life of the elastic strip and induces the resonance of the elastic strip, eventually leading to fatigue or brittle failure of the elastic strip.
