摘要
重庆市长寿区长江二桥不在水源保护区等敏感水域,但周边存在化工园区、且跨越长江,需进行桥梁桥面径流收集系统和事故池的设计。文章通过实例提出了适合桥面径流收集的设计方法,介绍了事故池的工作流程、关键工艺以及运营管理的注意事项,给出了危险化学品泄漏量、初期雨水径流量、最大消防水量等参数的确定方法,提出对跨江桥梁桥面径流的有组织排放,并设置相应的事故池,以应对危化品泄露带来的环境污染风险以及初期雨水径流等污染。
Taking the second Yangtze River Bridge in Changshou District of Chongqing as an example,it is not in sensitive waters such as water source protection areas,but there are chemical parks around it and it crosses the Yangtze River.It is necessary to design the bridge deck runoff collection system and emergent drainage pool.A design method suitable for bridge surface runoff collection is proposed through examples.Methods for determining parameters such as leakage of hazardous chemicals,initial rainwater runoff,and maximum fire fighting water are given.The work flow,key processes,and operational management of the accident pool are introduced.Matters needing attention to provide a reference for similar designs in the future.
