摘要
目的:降低自动配药机在药房工作过程中的破损率。方法:结合我院自动配药机的具体运行情况,对自动配药机工作过程出现的药品破损情况及原因进行统计、分析,并对降低药品报损率的改善措施进行探讨。结果:药品损耗情况主要体现在药品外形包装、自动配药机及人为因素三个方面。结论:通过下架容易卡机的药品或者减少自动配药机的故障率,工作人员在配方过程中及时拿药等措施,使自动配药机的药品破损率由0.13‰下降至0.062‰。
Objective:To reduce the drug breakage rate of automatic dispensing machine in pharmacy.Methods:According to the specific operation of the automatic dispensing machine in our hospital,the drug breakage in the operation of the automatic dispensing machine and the causes are collected and analyzed.And the corrective actions are discussed to reduce the drug breakage rate.Results:Drug loss is mainly in three aspects,including drug packaging,automatic dispensing machine and human factors.Conclusions:The drug breakage rate of automatic dispensing machine can reduce from 0.13‰to 0.062‰by removing the drugs easy to get stuck,reducing the failure rate of the automatic dispensing machine,staff taking drugs in time during the dispensing process and so on.
