摘要
随着中央对北部湾经济区国家级战略定位,临海大工业的飞速发展,往来港口的船舶流量不断增多,加上辖区内近万艘渔船,船舶火灾日趋严峻,给北部湾灭火救援带来了前所未有的挑战;加强对船舶火灾扑救研究,提升北部湾消防救援队伍作战能力,助力加快提升北部湾国际门户港能力建设刻不容缓;笔者根据对北部湾海域、港口船舶情况及典型火灾案例的深入调查研究,结合多年参与船舶火灾扑救的实践,在扑救措施、战术应用及注意事项中提出了几点思考,供大家探讨。
With the strategic positioning of the central government for the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone at the national level,the rapid development of large coastal industries,and the increasing flow of ships to and from ports,together with nearly ten thousand fishing boats in the area,the increasingly severe ship fire has brought unprecedented challenges to the Beibu Gulf fire fighting and rescue;strengthen the research on ship fire fighting and rescue,improve the combat capacity of the Beibu Gulf fire rescue team,and help accelerate the development There is no time to delay the capacity building of shengbeibu Gulf international gateway port.Based on the in-depth investigation and Research on the situation of ships and typical fire cases in Beibu Gulf sea area and port,combined with the practice of participating in ship fire fighting for many years,the author puts forward some thoughts in the measures,tactics application and precautions for everyone to discuss.
