摘要
氢能源作为一种高效、无污染的能量载体,同时也属于二次能源,其制氢工艺过程中涉及到了二氧化碳等温室气体的排放。本文提出了电解水制氢工艺碳排放量核算方法。明确了碳排放核算边界,深入分析了不同工序乃至每台设备的单位产品碳排放量,最终给出了制氢工艺流程所涉及到碳排放核算步骤与核算方法。不仅为氢能产业全产业链碳排放量的核算提供重要基础,同时也为降低制氢过程的碳排量提供方向性的指导,从而达到节能减排目的。
As an efficient and pollution-free energy carrier,hydrogen energy has aroused wide public concern in the context of ever-increasing energy consumption and higher global pressure on dealing with the greenhouse effect problem.But since that hydrogen energy is a kind of secondary energy source,it also involves the emission of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide in the process of hydrogen production.This paper presents the carbon emission accounting method for the process of hydrogen production by water electrolysis;clarifies the carbon emission accounting boundary;deeply analyzes the carbon emission of unit product in different processes and even each equipment and finally provides the carbon emission accounting steps and accounting methods involved in the hydrogen production process.This paper not only provides an important basis for the calculation of the carbon emission of the entire industrial chain of the hydrogen energy industry,but also provides directional guidance for reducing the carbon emission in the hydrogen production process,and thus achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
