摘要
在司法领域的意识形态斗争中,我们必须坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指针,旗帜鲜明地反对西方"司法独立"等错误思潮。习近平总书记全面依法治国新理念新思想新战略是马克思主义法学中国化的结晶,是建设和完善中国特色社会主义司法制度的指导思想。落实全面依法治国新理念新思想新战略的关键在于坚持党的领导。各级人民法院必须正确认识"意识形态工作"领域斗争的长期性、复杂性、艰巨性,以全面依法治国新理念新思想新战略"十个坚持"为指导,充分发挥职能作用,彰显中国特色社会主义司法制度的优越性。
In the ideological struggle in the judicial field,we must adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and take a clear-cut stand against the western erroneous thoughts such as"judicial independence".General Secretary Xi Jinping's new concept,new thought and new strategy of comprehensive law-based governance is the crystallization of Chinalization of Marxist jurisprudence and the guiding ideology for building and improving the socialist judicial system with Chinese characteristics.The key to the implementation of the new concept,new thought and new strategy of comprehensive law-based governance is to adhere to the leadership of CCP.People's courts at all levels must correctly understand the longterm,complex and arduous nature of the struggle in the field of"ideological work",give full play to their functions,and vigorously promote the superiority of the socialist judicial system with Chinese characteristics under the guidance of the"ten insistences"in the new concept,new thought and new strategy of comprehensive law-based governance.
