益母草提取物对绿壳蛋鸡产蛋初期产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响 被引量:8

摘要 试验旨在研究不同剂量益母草提取物对绿壳蛋鸡产蛋初期产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响。选取480只健康、生产性能相近的23周龄绿壳蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复32只,以玉米-豆粕型饲粮为基础饲粮,各组分别在基础饲粮中添加0、500、1 000 mg/kg益母草提取物,预试期1周,试验期4周。结果:①与对照组相比,低、高剂量的益母草提取物均显著性降低绿壳蛋鸡的死亡率、难产率和不合格蛋率(P<0.05),高剂量益母草提取物能够显著降低料蛋比(P<0.05);②相较于对照组,低、高剂量的益母草提取物均显著提高鸡蛋壳强度、哈氏单位(P<0.05);③相较于对照组,低、高剂量的益母草提取物均显著性的提高了蛋黄中锌和硒的含量(P<0.05)。因此,饲粮中添加益母草提取物能提高绿壳蛋鸡产蛋性能并改善蛋品质。 To study the effect of the extract of motherwort on the early egg production performance and egg quality of blue eggshell chicken.Select 480 only 23 weeks of blue eggshell chickens,were random⁃ly divided into three groups,each group 5 repeats,each repeat 32 only.The control group feeding based fodder,experimental group were fed in basic fodder to add the low dose of 500 mg/kg,high dose of 1000 mg/kg of motherwort extract,to study the effect on egg production performance and egg quali⁃ty,trial period of 5 weeks.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the extract of motherwort could significantly improve the egg production rate,increase the average egg production,re⁃duce the feed/egg ratio,and significantly reduce the unqualified egg rate(P<0.05),but had no signifi⁃cant effect on food intake and average egg weight(P>0.05).In addition,the content of zinc and seleni⁃um in the egg quality was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the crude protein,crude fat,cholester⁃ol and water in the yolk had no significant effect(P>0.05).Adding the extract of motherwort into the diet can significantly improve the egg production performance and the quality of some eggs.
