双星形电容器组最优靶向函数调平衡新算法

摘要 双星形电容器组实际运行中,因其中性点初始不平衡电流过大导致保护误动事故时有发生,其原因主要是双星形电容器组初始平衡率不合格造成的。本文提出一种基于最优靶向函数的双星形电容器组电容值调平衡新算法,首先建立最优靶向函数确定每轮调平衡的相别、串联段号及最优靶心点,然后利用打靶函数进行精确打靶处理,可计算出一组最优调平衡策略,实现电容器组调平衡的目的。该算法已经形成实用化程序并进行了实际应用,取得了良好效果,验证了本算法的有效性和实用价值。该算法具有通用性强、收敛速度快、置换策略最优化的特点,具有良好的应用前景。 Such fault as mal-operation is happened occasionally due to excessive initial unbalanced current of neutral point in the actual operation of double star-shaped capacitor bank and the main reason is of unqualified initial balance of the capacitor bank.In this paper,a novel balancing algorithm for double star capacitor bank based on optimal targeting function is proposed.Firstly,the optimal targeting function is set up to determine the phase,series segment-number and optimal target-point of balance of each turn,accurate target is processed by the targeting function so to calculate a set of optimal balance strategy with purpose of achieving balance of capacitor bank.The practical program based on the balancing algorithm has been formed and applied in practice,which has achieved good results and verified the effectiveness and practical value of the algorithm.The algorithm has such characteristics as strong versatility,fast convergence speed and optimized replacement strategy and has a good application prospect.
