摘要
黄骅港综合港区陆域均为围海造陆形成,吹填完成初期,软基处理区域无进场道路及材料堆放场地,淤泥质吹填土承载力极低,作业人员无法直接于上部行走,机械设备无法进场施工。为此存在难以形成作业面、施工质量难以保证、造价高、地基处理加固效果不易保证等问题。经多个软基处理工程施工的探索和实践,制定了“超软基地基处理工艺”,通过采取铺设土工材料形成骨架后吹填粉砂形成具有一定承载力的作业面,通过此新工艺和高性能塑料排水板新材料的使用,再配合常规真空预压联合堆载施工工序,使得处理后的地基达到设计承载力要求。
All land area at Comprehensive harbor of Huanghua port is formed by sea reclamation.After the completion of dredger-filling,there isn’t material stacking site or access to the soft foundation treatment area,the bearing capacity of dredged mucky soil is very low,the operators cannot walk on the ground,and the equipment cannot be transported into the site for construction.Therefore,it is too hard to form a working surface,satisfy the construction quality requirement,lower the construction cost,and ensure foundation reinforcement effect.The exploration and practice of many soft foundation treatment works produce the ultra-soft foundation treatment technology.Firstly the framework made of geotechnical materials is dredger-filled with silt to form a working surface with a certain bearing capacity,secondly this new technology and high-performance plastic drain band are used as per the combination of the conventional vacuum preloading and surcharging,finally the treated foundation reaches the required design bearing capacity.
